About this artwork
Holophon explores the synesthetic boundaries between object, sound, hue and dimension. The artifact is an apparition, a holograph or electronic ghost of a Roman pot that is in the process of reanimation and transformation. Through the RGB color spectrum and analogue synthesis, the work develops a kind of mercurial language that lends it animistic qualities.
