The unconscious desire to separate and create containers for the whole of the human experience is mirrored the the dynamics of large bodies of water.

Layers of temperature begin to sort themselves into liquid barriers that can impact the oceanic and atmospheric environment. If one could imagine a great stirring, the mixing of the layers would create an average temperature and consistency across that body of water. Of course this would take incredible energy and effort to accomplish at a human scale. Once the stirring was completed, the water would eventually return to it's natural state – separating back into it's temperature derived layers.

Equilibrium takes tremendous, constant effort. Creating equality and equity is a never ending discipline. Our natural state is to separate, our evolved state is to stir.
