Brian Middleton's current works refer to his memories of driving through the landscape of Western Canada and especially the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia and Alberta. He often begins with photographs of unrelated subjects in order to recreate what he sees on the West Coast. He lives and works on Vancouver Island.
